N.C. Labor Commissioner Josh Dobson says he objects to the mandate and does not plan to take any action at the state level until the mandate makes its way through the courts. 在脸谱网上的一篇帖子中, Commissioner Dobson calls the mandate “fundamentally unfair” citing the decision some employees may have to make between getting vaccinated or losing their job. The commissioner also mentions concerns about lack of 资源 at the N.C. Department of Labor to enforce the mandate as well as a potential decrease in the workforce across the state.

在南卡罗莱纳州, 政府ernor Henry McMaster worked with the state’s attorney general to file a lawsuit against the mandate. “我以前说过, the federal government forcing South Carolinians to choose between their job and a COVID-19 vaccination is unjust and unlawful, 它必须受到挑战.
