CLT Alliance announces 2022 Executive Committee and Annual Plan

As the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance looks ahead to 2022, we are pleased to announce the Executive Committee for the new year. Leading the committee as Chair will be Malcomb Coley, EY Central Private Leader and Charlotte Managing Partner.

In 2022, 世界, the country and the Charlotte Region will still be living with the impacts of Covid-19. T在这里 will remain an opportunity to close socioeconomic gaps. Place will continue to be a priority in w在这里 talent and business choose to call home.

The CLT Alliance will continue leading economic recovery through business growth. It will deepen its work on racial equity in the business community. The CLT Alliance’s work should lift up those who are left out and left behind, 因为当它发生时, it lifts this entire community.

Because the Charlotte Region is in the midst of transformational change, the CLT Alliance will leverage every opportunity to reshape our region by championing investment in 基础设施, 创新, and higher education— helping to ensure businesses know this is the best place in the country to not only work, 但也有生活和玩耍.

But when talking about the growth, 成功, and future of the Charlotte Region, it extends beyond the 15 counties 在这里. The region relies on collaboration across the Carolinas. Leaders and lawmakers from Raleigh and Columbia, will play an integral role in driving us all forward together.

We are excited to share more of our goals and strategies in our 2022年度计划. Our strategies focused on Business, 人, and Place are anchored in advancing equitable growth and ensuring the Charlotte Region is competitive for the businesses and talent who will drive and shape our future.
