As a trailblazer and champion for women in banking, Andrea 史密斯 started out often being the only woman in the room when her career began in 1988.

They have also endowed scholarships at Southern Methodist University and East Carolina University to support those in need.

“I worry that if people think that we're going to be done with this in 6 or 12 months and then they go off to something else, 我们会失去动力,”她说. “We need to sustain the momentum; we need to sustain the focus. We are on the right path, and it's really a movement, not a moment.”
